often when installing apps they will appear greyed out until you drag their icon to the dock to complete the installation. however they wont have full access to your system and therefore may not work properly unless you install them locally. Im not the most computer savvy person myself, but from what i can gather one key difference between windows and mac is that in mac you can download and launch applications without actually installing them locally. To move the seasonpass app from downloads to the home directory go to your downloads folder and just drag it to the home folder. If you open Finder and have the sidebar showing (a directory on the left hand side) then your computer name should be located there with a little house icon. it contains the folders named Applications, Desktop, Documents, Downloads etc. Home directory is like C drive on windows. I did repair disk permissions and moved around season pass to different directories.
